Freight charges are estimates only and may be subject to change due to final weight and volume of your total order. As such if the “actual” freight charge on your order is more than the “quoted” online freight charge you will be contacted by one of our customer service operators and notified of the difference to be paid prior to your order being dispatched. How much will my order cost to deliver? –
The following orders will be delivered free of charge to our regular account customers:-
For all other orders, size, weight and the distance your order has to travel will all determine how much your freight costs. For interstate and Victorian regional customers, the most economical way to order is in pallet quantities, as this significantly reduces the cost per item. If we receive your order by 12.00pm we can deliver your order based on the following time frames:-

Please Note –
The above delivery times may be affected by conditions/events outside our control. While Allcare Vehicle Wash Solutions will do everything possible to ensure deliveries arrive when requested, a delayed delivery does not constitute a reason to cancel an order. We will replace a product if it is lost, mislaid or damaged by our freight company.
Smaller items may be sent by mail. For standard Australia Post deliveries, please allow 2 – 10 working days for delivery.
